Formation

Formation is a fine digital art series by The Invisible Realm, blending over a decade of digital and analog practices with the evolving potential of AI. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind composition, refined and completed by the artist’s hand, bridging human intuition with machine-assisted creation.

The series explores profound questions about our place in the universe—Are we truly alone? Where do we come from? Is there other life beyond our own? Through a diverse range of multicultural observers, Formation aims to connect with a universal audience across cultures and perspectives.

The first six works debuted exclusively with Guy Hepner Gallery in New York City on January 26, 2023. The full launch followed in Spring 2023 as both a digital (NFT) and physical series.

Update:
Formation successfully launched in Spring 2023, marking the artist’s first post-photographic 1/1 series. It generated over 11 ETH in primary sales and celebrated its one-year anniversary with limited edition prints now shipped worldwide. A few examples appear below.
